The ZhanChi V5 M 3x3 is DaYan's new flagship 3x3 cube. This cube has everything you could want in a customizable 3x3. It features adjustable tension, compression, and magnetic force. It comes in three different versions with varying degrees of magnetic attraction and repulsion.
Axis Caps Alignment: Magnetic positioning system between the center caps, automatically align the cube after half a turn, smooth and natural. Comes with 3 sets of magnetic alignments per axis: No magnetic alignment, weak magnetic alignment or strong magnetic alignment
MagLev: Faster spin feel, springs replaced with repulsor magnets, magnetic levitation technology
Ball-Core: Corner-to-Core magnets for better and more controllable spin feel, automatic alignment and increased stability
Core/Edge Repulsion and 142 factory installed magnets
Dual adjustment system: 5 compression settings and 5 tension settings
Adjustable magnetic force: 5 corner/core magnet settings and 6 corner/edge magnet settings
Wavy groove part design for smoother spin and lubricant distribution
Semi-gloss plastic, medium grip

Whatever its shape, a “cube” is a puzzle made up of tens, hundreds or thousands of pieces. Be sure to align the faces before making any further movements, and never force the pieces out of their slots or break. Légèrement plus bruyant qu'un Guhong Pro M mais toujours très silencieux par rapport à l'écrasante majorité des cubes du marché. Beaucoup plus stable qu'un Guhong Pro M, mais beaucoup moins exigeant qu'un Gan 12 en termes de précision, tout en étant aussi rapide que les deux. Vraiment, je ne recommande plus du tout le Guhong Pro M : les centres ont tendance à tomber et il est très peu stable, et j'avais tendance à penser que la stabilité et la vitesse étaient deux caractéristiques à opposer, il fallait faire un choix. Ce choix n'est plus à faire depuis l'excellent Zhanchi V5.

Il faut savoir à quoi s'attendre, ce n'est pas vraiment un cube pour le top niveau en speedcubing même si les perfs peuvent se faire le cube en est capable. DaYan ce sont souvent des cubes très agréables à utiliser et ce ZhanChi V5 en est un excellent exemple: peu bruyant, fluide, efficace, j'aime particulièrement ces cubes pour le plaisir et le confort qu'ils procurent. Une fois encore, si vous cherchez la performance à tout prix (vitesse extrême, mouvements brusques, sub 10 etc.) tournez vous plutôt vers GAN / MoYu.

Un excellent cube auquel on s'habitue quasi-instantanément. Il est devenu mon favori dès l'instant où je l'ai testé. Le gros point positif, en dehors de sa superbe stabilité, est le niveau sonore qui est très faible. J'adore les cubes silencieux ! S'il fallait donner un point négatif, ce serait bien sûr le prix, car il faut quand même sortir les 40€.

Dès la sortie de la boite ce cube est vraiment incroyable, lubrifié d'usine, c'est Dayan et il y a un feeling direct. Pour avoir les GuHong et leTengYun V2 et 3, celui ci sort du lot littéralement. Je recommande vivement pour une superbe expérience. Il a un turn de dingue, hyper stable, le plastique pour le lubrifiant est top, les réglages paraissent compliqués mais au final ultra simple et le réglages des aimants est top et répondent très bien. Perso et ce n'est que mon avis d'amateur mais entre les Moyu V10 et super Weilong et les HuaMeng, Tornado V4, les Fanxin qui arrivent et qui sont juste terrible aussi, les GAN 14 pro et le 15 n'y aurait il pas une place dans ce classement de nouveautés?.. J'espère que oui....
