Our delivery terms vary depending on the sales model. Atoutcubes.com organizes so-called sales: in stock, out of stock, in supply or pre-orders. IN STOCK: Packages are generally shipped the working day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Chronopost, UPS or TNT with tracking (see delivery times below). Whichever choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. OUT OF STOCK or IN SUPPLY: When an out of stock product is left available to order, this means that we already know that it is in delivery, it arrives at our place! Delivery times can therefore vary from 5 to 15 days to arrive with us. PRE-ORDERS: For certain references for which we think there will be high demand, we open the possibility of pre-ordering (reserving), the deadlines are generally detailed in the product description.

Colissimo Relais (4 to 6 working days for Europe): from €9.90.

Post (4 to 12 working days): from 3€ for Europe, from 5€ for the rest of the world, depends on the weight of the package.

Concerning delivery times, these times are those announced by the carriers in "normal" times, they can vary and depend on many elements that we do not control.

Delivery charges include handling and packaging charges as well as postage. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and shipping charges will apply to each order. Particular care is taken to protect fragile objects in our shipments.

FREE delivery costs:

Delivery is offered to a relay point for any order (excluding professional customers or administrations) with a total volumetric weight of less than 20kg and the amount of which is at least:

89€ for France, Belgium and Luxembourg

99€ for the European Union

Returns of packages due to exceeded deadline:

The carrier systematically sends emails and/or SMS to inform of the progress of the delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to check their emails, messaging, spam, etc. to follow up with the number provided in the order details to check if the package is waiting for them in a relay.

Our margins are calculated at the lowest level both in terms of products and delivery costs. If an order is returned because it was not collected on time (14 days from arrival at the Colissimo relay, 7 days at the Chronopost relay, 5 days in storage), the customer will have to pay the reshipping costs that the carrier applies to us, to recover their package, or may be reimbursed for this order except for the delivery costs.

Packaging:

The boxes are sized as accurately as possible and your items are well protected. We try to reuse packaging as much as possible and not to oversize packaging to avoid waste, weight and bulk which also cause harmful pollution.
