Our delivery terms vary depending on the sales model. Atoutcubes.com organizes sales called: in stock, out of stock, in supply or pre-orders. IN STOCK: Packages are generally shipped the same business day after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking. Whatever choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. OUT OF STOCK or IN SUPPLY: When an out of stock product is left available for order, this means that we already know that it is being delivered, it is arriving at our place! The lead times can therefore vary from 5 to 15 days to arrive at our place. IN PRE-ORDERS: For certain references for which we think there will be a high demand, we open the possibility of pre-ordering (reserving), the lead times are generally detailed in the product description.
Delivery times:
Concerning delivery times, these times are those announced by the carriers in "normal" times, they can vary and depend on many elements that we do not control.
Delivery costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postage costs. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and the shipping costs will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile items in our shipments.

Delivery is free to a relay point for any order (excluding professional customers or administrations) with a total volumetric weight of less than 20kg and whose amount is at least:

Returns of packages following a deadline exceeded:
The carrier systematically sends emails and/or SMS to inform of the progress of the delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to check their emails, messaging, spam, etc. to follow up with the number provided in the details of their order to check if the package is waiting for them in a relay point.
Our margins are calculated at the lowest level both in terms of products and delivery costs. If an order is returned because it was not collected within the time limit (7 days from arrival at the DPD relay point, 14 days from arrival at the Colissimo relay point, 7 days at the Chronopost relay point, 5 days at the locker point), the customer will have to pay the reshipping fees that the carrier applies to us again, to collect their package, or may be reimbursed for this order except for the delivery fees.
Packaging:
The boxes are sized as accurately as possible and your items are well protected. We try to reuse packaging as much as possible and not to oversize packaging to avoid waste, weight and bulkiness which also cause harmful pollution.
