The time to obtain a part can vary greatly, from "available immediately" to "several weeks". It is best to contact us via the chat or contact form before ordering spare parts.
If you order other products at the same time, they will only be shipped when the spare part has arrived (unless you have been told that the part is available).
Here is the procedure
1 - Contact us to find out if we can have the part and also to find out if it is in stock
2 - Place an order by specifying in the order notes the brand, model, version of your cube and the colors of the part, also specifying whether with or without stickers.
3 - Send photos of the broken part or the cube showing the missing part by email to toctoc@atoutcubes.com

pourquoi je note 5 pour des pièces détachées ? c'est pour le support d'AtoutCube, le cube est tombé, une pièce est cassé et AtoutCube est toujours la pour nos cubes Une note de 5 pour se sentir en sécurité avec AtoutCube merci
